Identification or points questions
AI identification can make mistakes. Clear, well-lit photos help. Each species scores once per month in a league; repeat sightings can remain in your Spiderdex without additional points. Identification requests have usage limits.
Account and privacy requests
Email support from the address associated with your account to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. We may need to verify ownership before processing a request.
Report a problem
To report inappropriate content or another player's conduct, email support with the league name and relevant details.
